JSU Offense Looking for Another Fast Start

After a quick start to a dominating performance in round one of the playoffs, the Jacksonville State football team heads into the 2nd round with major momentum on their side.

JSU racked up over 350 yards on the ground and scored on 6 of its first 7 possessions against Samford in their 55-14 win.The Gamecocks opponent this week- McNeese State- is an equally tough offense. The Cowboys are very well balanced averaging 240 passing yards and 220 rushing yards this season. JSU head coach Bill Clark spoke about the importance of getting off to another fast start.
