It’s called the Juliette P. Doster Award for Outstanding Volunteerism in Healthcare. And you can help by sending in your nominations. In order to qualify, nominees must be residents of or actively volunteering in Calhoun County. The person chosen for the award will get a $1,000 grant for a not-for-profit organization of their choice serving Calhoun County.
Nominations will be accepted until January 3. You can find the nomination form at www.yourcommunityfirst.org.
