The project will result in a new 2,500 square foot duplex; comprised of two-bedroom family units. The duplex will be developed and managed by The Right Place, a local non-profit agency that provides homeless solutions and community service assistance in Calhoun County. Construction is scheduled for completion by mid-April, 2014. Anniston’s award for this project is $201,780.
