Many churches and non-profits across east Alabama are working to help. Greenbrier Baptist Church on Grenbrier Dear Road in Anniston opened its doors to the public at 7 p.m. night.  They will allow anyone who needs shelter to stay there until 7 a.m.  The church is also providing blankets and food.  And remember, anytime the temperature drops this low, the Salvation Army provides additional services to the public.  Their shelter is located on Noble Street in Anniston.
