A Dutch study says losing weight could be faster in colder temperatures. The study found that colder temperatures help in burning calories. Warm temperatures provide comfort but it is not ideal for unfit bodies. According to research officials, an optimum temperature of nineteen degrees Celsius is sufficient to provide the right balance. They found that energy increases were up six percent in the mild cold. And that it could really make a difference in combination with food and exercise. The lower temperatures can significantly increase the number of calories burned up instead of being stored as fat.
