Auto Burglary Case In Gadsden

Gadsden police are searching for a man they believe is connected to several vehicle break-in cases. Police officials have released images of the man taken from surveillance cameras at Walmart locations in Attalla and East Gadsden. The man is a suspect in vehicle break-ins at the Cracker Barrel off Interstate 59. The first incident happened the morning of December 18th and another happened on February 8th around 7:45am. In both cases, someone took debit and credit cards from a vehicle, then went to Walmart locations to purchase items. The person also bought gas. According to officials, the fraudulent charges totaled nearly $2,700 and included a television, cellphone and tablet device. Anyone with information is asked to call the Gadsden Police Department.
