Satellite Tag Renewal Office in Hokes Bluff

Etowah County residents now have a new option for renewing their vehicle tags. The Etowah County Revenue Department today celebrated the opening of the new satellite tag renewal office in Hokes Bluff with an afternoon ribbon-cutting ceremony. The office is located inside the Rufus Floyd Library on Alford’s Bend Road in Hokes Bluff. The office has been running for about a month and is one of four satellite tag offices in the county. Revenue Commissioner Linda Barrett-Vaughan says that she has been working to reopen the Hokes Bluff office for several years, and now that it is open – area residents love it. The new Hokes Bluff location is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm and joins other satellite tag offices that are open at the Sardis City Hall, at the Rainbow City Hall and in Walnut Grove.
