Photo Voter ID in Calhoun County

June 3rd primary elections are just around the corner. And Alabama has an act requiring Alabama voters without photo identification to have a specific type of I-D at the polls in order to vote. If you do not have one of the approved forms of photo I-D as stated in the law, then you may receive a free Alabama photo voter I-D. In Calhoun County, you can get your voter I-D made at the local Board of Registrars. To get your photo voter I-D you’ll need to provide 2 forms of identification with your name and your birthday. The voter registration office will give you a temporary I-D good for 45 days. And then, the official voter I-D card will be mailed to you in 2 weeks from Montgomery.
