UNITE’S Arrive Alive Tour 2014 at JSU

Jacksonville State University students learn about the dangers of texting while driving and drunken driving. UNITE’s Arrive Alive Tour stopped at the university campus, today. The program uses a high-tech simulator, impact video, and a number of other resources to educate students. The simulator allows students to experience, in a controlled environment, real-time driving hazards. The students drive a stationary real car hooked up to high-tech high definition software with sensors on the brake pedals and pads on the tires. The Arrive Alive Tour travels to colleges all over the nation in the spring and fall. If you would like them to come to your school, go to their website at www.arrivealivetour.org.
