The project has been delayed for two weeks due to problems with the water lines. The city is moving as many lines from under the road as possible so they won't have to dig the new road up every time there is a water leak. According to city officials of Weaver, the new drain pipes are now installed and as soon as the water lines are moved, road construction crews will resume repaving. They are giving that work a time frame of the next few weeks.
