Kneely Pack Indicted
A former Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputy is facing more criminal charges. A Grand Jury indicted 41-year-old Kneeley Pack of Fort Payne on charges of 1st Degree Theft of Property and according to the sheriff’s office website, he’s also been charged with Home Repair Fraud. He was released on a $20,000 bond shortly after his arrest Monday afternoon. Pack was already free on bond after a Grand Jury indictment earlier this year on several Theft of Property Charges and a Forgery Charge. He’s the owner of Pack and Son Construction.
