This weekend, Clinton-Dix and former Tide receiver Kenny Bell were in Gadsden to meet fans and sign autographs. It marks the 2nd consecutive weekend Tide players have come to Flowers by Rita followsinhg AJ McCarron and Kevin Norwood’s appearance last week. Both Bell and Clinton-Dix are getting ready for the NFL Draft next month. Clinton-Dix believes the work ethic built at Alabama will go a long way to a successful NFL career. While it is understandable how these events are special for the fans to meet their favorite players, never underestimate how special it is for the players too. It was on full display as HaHa Clinton-Dix was moved to tears after meeting Cameron Rhodes who is one of his biggest fans. Rhodes presented him a bracelet to wear. Clinton-Dix is expected to be a top 10 overall pick and Bell is a projected late rounder. The NFL Draft begins on May 8th.
