Charged with Sexual Abuse

Authorities arrest the director of a program for at-risk youth in east Alabama for sexual abuse. Phillip Gramling is charged with a misdemeanor count of second-degree sexual abuse. Rainbow City police say the arrest resulted from an interview with a juvenile. Gramling directs a program called Saving Teens At Risk in Cherokee County. The program helps youth ages 12 to 17 return to high school to earn a degree. Gramling is out of jail on bond.
