Arrested: Johnson and Caves

According to Sheriff Jimmy Harris, two people were arrested after investigators went to a home on County Road 352 near Fyffe to conduct an interview on a theft case. Once on the scene, officers say they found marijuana growing and located other drug paraphernalia. Authorities say, Joseph Johnson and Tonya Caves, both of Indiana, were detained and it was determined they both had outstanding felony warrants from Indiana. Officers located a meth lab and chemicals used in the manufacture of methamphetamine at the residence. Johnson and Caves were arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd  Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacturing 2nd Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance. A rifle was also taken from the scene by investigators. Both are currently being held in the DeKalb County Detention Center.
