Gadsden police have arrested a man for making threatening and harassing phone calls to a Gadsden business. Randy Steward was arrested Monday on two felony charges of making a terrorist threat and a misdemeanor charge of harassing communications. According to Sgt. Patrick Chumley of the Gadsden Police Department, Steward’s ex-wife is an employee of the family practice center Steward harassed. He said Steward called the business more than 600 times in the recent weeks leading the business to have to get an answering service. Authorities say Steward threatened his wife and another employee by saying he would blow up one person’s office and another person’s car.
