FORGE Holding Youth Football Coaching Clinic

Before young athletes get to the college level of play, they start out as youngsters on local ballfields. One area coach is making sure kids are staying safe as they improve.

Former Andalusia and White Plains head coach Heath Harmon started FORGE earlier this year. FORGE is a sports performance training company that works with athletes age 9 to 18. Harmon and the coaching staff provide athletes specialized training for at their specific position and other core lessons they can take back to their team. The biggest nationwide topic when it comes to youth football is concussions and player safety and FORGE is looking to step in and bridge the gap. This weekend FORGE is hosting a free clinic for area youth coaches. Information on the clinic is below.
