Sentenced to 30 Years Imprisonment

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, a federal judge sentences a Fort Payne man to 30 years imprisonment to be followed by 20 years of supervised release for three counts of child pornography. U.S. District Judge R. David Proctor sentenced Robert William Frazier, to 30 years imprisonment for transporting, receiving, and possessing images of child pornography.  Frazier pleaded guilty to three counts carrying a statutory maximum of twenty years each.  Forensic examination of the defendant’s IPhone, computer and  hard-drive indicated that there were images of child pornography produced, transported, received, and possessed.  Frazier sent images of child pornography to and communicated with another individual, Michael Haynes of Anniston who has also been prosecuted and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.
