Fall Camp Tour: Glencoe

The high school football season begins next week which is a week earlier than last season. The change gives fans one less week to wait for the excitement, but also gives teams one less week of preparation. The biggest benefactor of the new start date are teams with experience- like Glencoe. 

TV24 Sports' tour of fall camps dropped in to check out the Yellow Jackets Tuesday afternoon. Glencoe is coming off an 8 - 4 season with a trip to the second round of the playoffs and they’re hungry for more. The team has a very strong senior class that has a lot of playing time under their belts. Seniors like running back Thomas Ozmint, quarterback Dylan Stone and linebacker Mason Brown provide the Jackets key leadership on both sides of the ball. Head coach Lee Ozmint praises this team’s leadership and their desire to reach their full potential.
