JSU Preps for No. 8 Michigan State

It’s finally game week for the Jacksonville State football team. Grass and a few of the team leaders met the media for the first game week press conference Monday morning. The Gamecocks are getting ready to square off against Michigan State this Friday night. The Spartans are coming off a huge season where they won 13 games and the coveted Rose Bowl Trophy. The players spoke today about their mindset heading into the big game. The Gamecocks did not play a team on the FBS level last season and Coach Grass says playing a top ten program like Michigan State will be a barometer for where they stand. The Gamecocks and Spartans set to kickoff at 6:30pm local time on the Big Ten Network this Friday night.
