Laps for Life

More than 100 people strapped in to give blood and also strapped in to take a high-speed ride around NASCAR’s biggest track in the venue’s official pace car. Talladega Superspeedway’s annual American Red Cross “Laps for Life” blood drive was held today in the FOX Sports Dome at the International Motorsports Hall of Fame just outside Talladega Superspeedway. Laps for Life,” which began in 2007 included a tour of the track and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame and gave blood donors great track items and prizes.
