Mocs on the Rocks

Registration is now open for the Mocs on the Rocks Trail Run coming to Gadsden in November.

The annual trail run is sponsored by Alabama Teacher’s Credit Union, TV24, Doctor’s Care and the Law Offices of Rhea, Boyd and Rhea in support of two local non-profits. The run utilizes the new Black Creek Trail system at Noccalula Falls and is a family-friendly way to get out in nature and raise money for good causes at the same time. “Mocs on the Rocks” will feature a couple of different routes and will have a short, 1K fun trail in addition to trails for more experienced participants. “Mocs on the Rocks” will take place on Saturday, November 15 at Noccalula Falls. Discounted registrations will run until October 31st, but registrations will be taken all the way through to the morning of the run. There is an additional registration discount for member of the Gadsden and Anniston Runners Clubs. You can register in person at the YMCA of the Coosa Valley or at the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office.
