A lengthy investigation by the Gadsden Police Department leads to the recovery of more than $69,000 worth of stolen equipment and the arrest of four people in connection with break-ins at Snead Ag.  According to Gadsden Police Department Public Information Officer William Johnson, the business at 1301 West Meighan Boulevard was repeatedly burglarized in the past year.  52-year-old Sandy Lee Phillips Arnold of Brierfield, 34-year-old Charlie Gerard Sawyer and 46-year-old Alex Christopher Howard have been charged with second-degree receiving stolen property. 29-year-old Terrell Dudley has been charged with 3rd Degree Burglary, 2nd Degree Receiving Stolen Property, and 1st Degree Theft of Property. Authorities say the investigation closes the two cases of burglary at the business and they continue to look for more of the stolen property.  Investigators now estimate that about half of the stolen merchandise has been recovered.
