Piedmont Bulldogs Celebrate Team of the Week

Head coach Steve Smith called Piedmont's 35-13 win over Wellborn the best performance of their season. The victory also earned the Bulldogs the KFC-Jackson Mortgage Team of the Week honor. On Thursday, the Piedmont Bulldogs enjoyed all the perks of our team of the week including the meal from KFC, the Jackson Mortgage Company trophy and the t-shirts.

The win improves the Bulldogs record to 5-2 on the season with a 4-1 mark in the region. They say the performance all started with a great week of practice.

Piedmont is back on the road in week nine against Westbrook Christian (2-5) and the Warriors spread offense attack present a very different challenge than the Panthers.
