The new mobile app gives Alabama Power customers a fast and convenient way to conduct business with the company. The free mobile app lets customers log in with their account information to: Check their balance, Pay their bill , Monitor their power usage, Find a business office , Report an outage, and Get the latest company news. Customers can download the app by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and searching "Alabama Power App." The app is available for iPhones with iOS versions 6x, 7x and 8 and Android devices OS version 4x.
