Charged With Shooting Into An Occupied Dwelling

Three men from Sylacauga are in custody for firing shots into a home in Talladega County and injuring a teenager.

29-year-old Patrick Roberson, 22-year-old Raheem Franks and 18-year-old Demetrius Griffin have been charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling. According to the sheriff's office, they were called to a home on Front Street in Bon Air Tuesday night. When they arrived, they were told someone fired multiple shots inside a home. One of those bullets struck a 13-year-old boy who was inside the home. He was airlifted to Children's of Alabama in Birmingham but was later released. Bond has been set of the three suspects.
