Drivers across the country are getting a price break, just in time for the holidays.
The price of a gallon of gas has fallen below the two dollar mark in thirteen states across the country. That’s according to the price tracker "Gas-Buddy-Dot-Com." Three states have stations selling gas for less than one dollar and 90-cents…Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Ohio. But the low prices aren’t widespread. "Gas-Buddy-Dot-Com," says the deals can only be found at a small number of stations…Four of the states listed only have one station boasting such low prices. Triple-A says all of the states have average gas prices that are well above two dollars a gallon. The nationwide average is two dollars and 55-cents a gallon…The lowest price the country has seen since October 2009.
