Quality of Life Receives Telemedicine Grant: Etowah County

Quality of Life Health Services in Gadsden receives a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture to assist rural communities in providing healthcare for rural patients at remote sites. The Telemedicine Grant Award check is valued at more than $396,000. It will be used to link medical professionals and other needed expertise to the source of services needed in communities serviced by the agency. Quality of Life serves 46-percent of the geographical area of Alabama.
