Ken Joiner to Remain CALCO Administrator: Calhoun County

In a surprising turn of events, Calhoun County Administrator Ken Joiner decides to remain in his current position .Joiner announced in April that he would be retiring on February 1st. But, Joiner says that because of a change of heart, he will not retire. Joiner has served in the post for 43 years. He says he is looking forward to future projects and the challenges they will bring. Calhoun County Commission Chairman Fred Wilson says the commissioners are happy about his decision. Wilson says the objective of the Calhoun County Commission is to make the county a better place to live and raise the quality of life.
