Stay on Immigration Order: Justice Department

Tuesday, February 24, 2015

The request also includes a notice to appeal the Texas ruling. A federal judge ruled last week to stop the Department of Homeland Security from proceeding with the executive order. Any appeal of the judge's ruling could take months to resolve.
