Same Sex Marriage Struck Down: Alabama Supreme Court


The Alabama Supreme court shuts down same sex marriage in Alabama. The court has ordered all probate Judges to stop issuing marriage licenses to gay couples. The court ruled that the U.S. Constitution doesn't alter the judges duty to administer state law, which defines marriage between only one man and one woman.
