Affordable Care Act

The White House released estimates yesterday saying that almost 9 out of every 10 people now have health insurance. Minority groups made the biggest jump in the number of insured. The rate of Latinos without health insurance fell more than 12 percent since the fall of 2013. The number of uninsured African Americans dropped by nearly half. Republicans and conservatives are still raising questions about the legality of the affordable care act. The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the latest challenge to the law this summer.
