The Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce hosts an Electronics Recycling Day at the Chamber’s parking area. The Choccolocco Creek Watershed Alliance helped with the event. Local residents came by and dropped off old, broken, and unwanted electronic devices, including cell phones. Brinks says today’s one day event brought in a lot of printers, cords, and wires.  She says they plan to make it an annual campaign.
