Anniston Museum Gets An Upgrade
The Anniston Museum of Natural History gets an update to its Attack and Defense Hall. And now, it’s preparing for a grand opening on Saturday. The hall closed last fall as the museum began a renovation which includes new snake habitat enclosures. The renovation also includes new signs, interactives, and animals never before on permanent display in the Museum. Museum Director David Ford says this is a great improvement and a great addition to the Museum. The grand opening will begin at 10:00AM Saturday, with a photo opportunity for children with Elsa and Anna of "Frozen." Children wearing a "Frozen" costume get free admission. Museum staff will be available for questions and answers about the hall's new features, and there will be live animal exhibits all day.
