Anniston Army Depot Wreath-Laying Ceremony


Lieutenant Colonel Hattie Richardson of the Anniston Army Depot speaking in honor of America's Veterans at the Anniston Army Depot wreath-laying ceremony today, at the McClellan Military Cemetery located on the former Fort McClellan property. The ceremony included members of Anniston Army Depot employees placing American flags on 355 graves. Air Force veteran Norbert Bergstresser who served in the armed forces for 20 years and whose father served in the Army for 30 years says he stops by the cemetery once a month to show his respects. He says he appreciates the actions of the people here today at the Memorial Day observance. The Anniston Army Depot has 735 Veterans who work at the installation.
