The retail giant says it will hike the wages of 1-hundred-thousand managers by as much as 26-percent. The raises go into effect next month. Walmart also plans to revamp its management structure within stores. This will create more manager and assistant manager positions. Walmart announced in February that it would increase its starting wage at stores to nine dollars an hour this year and ten dollars an hour in 2016. A total of 5-hundred thousand Walmart workers, both staffers and managers will get a raise this year.
