Quality of Life Health Services celebrates its newest program with a ribbon cutting and open house at the J.W Stewart Neighborhood Health Center in Gadsden. The new Wellness Center launched its Wise and Well program, today. The agency provided a tour of the new Wellness Center, fitness class demonstrations, and allowed the community to meet the Wellness staff. CEO Wayne Rowe says this is a much anticipated addition to the 8 locations they have in Etowah County. The agency was founded 38 years ago to address the unmet medical needs for the medically underserved population. They provide primary healthcare services such as medical services, dental services, eye care, and behavioral health. The agency is located in 12 counties and serves 18 counties. It has 21 locations and is developing a 22nd.
