Life on Mars? Researchers say, could be. Today, NASA officials announced they discovered flowing water on the red planet. The findings have scientists excited for the possibility of finding living things far from Earth. Images from the Mars Reconnaissance Rover revealed the existence of liquid water. Scientists say even if its super-salty, briny water, it gives the possibility that there’s life on Mars. They say that the moving salty water is the cause for seasonal dark streaks they had observed on the planet. And its presence could impact future exploration. NASA officials say they will launch the Insight Lander in 2016 to look at the interior of Mars. And in 2020, a new NASA rover will bring martian samples back to Earth for analysis.
