Gadsden Man is Accused of First Degree Theft

A Gadsden man is accused of stealing 15 thousand dollars worth of equipment from a local construction company. 41 year old Todd Neisler is charged with one count of first degree theft of property, which is a felony. According to Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin, Neisler was arrested Monday and booked into the county jail. He was later released on 5 thousand dollar bond. Investigators say all of the equipment has been recovered and returned to the owner.
