Campus Shooting in Roseburg, Oregon


Another mass shooting marks a sad day in U.S. history. Ten people are dead and more than twenty are injured after a gunman opened fire at Oregon’s Umpqua Community College. The twenty year old gunman entered Snyder Hall on campus where he shot victims in two classrooms. The Gunman exchanged fire with authorities who arrived on the scene before being killed. Officials have not yet identified the victims or the gunman. Umpqua Community College has about 3,000 students and is located in the rural community of Roseburg, Oregon about three hours south of Portland.
