Artillery Live-Fire Exercise

Local people in the vicinity of Fort McClellan and Pelham Range have been experiencing periodic increased noise due to artillery live-fire. The Alabama National Guard and the Fort McClellan Army National Guard Training Center have been participating in Marine Corps Artillery Unit Range training. The training will continue through Saturday. Quiet time which means that all firing will be suspended will be observed between the hours of 10 p.m. through 7 a.m. on all days in accordance with Fort McClellan Range regulations.
