Administration Building Halloween Contest


As we head into the celebration of Halloween. The Halloween spirit captures the imagination of people from all walks of life. And today, employees at the Kenneth L Joiner Administration Building in Anniston put on a Halloween Costume Contest for all to see. District 4 Commissioner JD Hess says they’ve been putting on this contest for more than 10 years. Last year, Brandon Butler dressed up as Forest Gump…this year he created a Bob Dillion character to rock the judges and keep his co-workers entertained…And won! Judge Jana McGinnis who is the J-S-U Head Softball Coach says the Halloween Contest is full of good-natured fun. But, she is looking for that extra special costume. TV24s own Mickey Shadrix also served as one of the judges.
