Thursday, November 12, 2015

TV24 Sports dropped by Munford football practice as the sun fell in Talladega County on Wednesday. The Lions are getting ready for the second round of the playoffs after knocking off W.S. Neal in a 20-0 shutout in the first round. Munford will take on Straughn who enters the contest with a 5-5 record. The Tigers have won four the the five games. However Munford has plenty of confidence, too. The Lions are currently riding a six game winning streak. In that span, the defense has posted two shutouts and the offense is averaging 36 points per game. TV24 will have the score of Munford vs. Straughn and every other playoff game in the state on the Pigskin Roundup on Friday at 10:30pm.
