Anniston’s Annual Veterans Day Parade

High School Bands, fire trucks, police cars, and military vehicles took to Noble Street in Anniston to celebrate the sacrifice of America’s veterans and paying special attention to our local vets at this year’s Annual Veterans Day Parade. 96-year-old World War Two veteran George Murray was the grand marshal for the parade. Hundreds of onlookers cheered as parade participants passed by. The parade began at 2 p.m. at the Calhoun County Administration building and headed south on Noble Street.
