Flags Ordered to Half-Staff after France Attacked

The American flag is lowered to half-staff at the Calhoun County Commission Building, Anniston City Hall, and the Justin Sollohub Justice Center in solidarity with Paris, France after ISIS attacks on Friday. In Friday’s massacre in Paris 129-people were killed and 350 were wounded. ISIS militants armed with assault rifles and suicide vests attacked the city. The terrorists struck six locations in Paris with gunfire and explosions killing and seizing hostages. President Barack Obama has issued a proclamation ordering all public buildings to fly the flag at half-staff until sunset, November 19th. In the proclamation he states: The United States and our allies do not give in to fear, nor will we be divided, nor will anyone change our way of life. We will do whatever it takes, working with nations and peoples around the world, to bring the perpetrators of these attacks to justice, and to go after terrorists who threaten our people.
