Governor Orders Flags at Half-Staff for Nancy Reagan

Alabama Governor Robert Bentley orders all flags in the state be flown at half-staff in honor of first lady Nancy Reagan, who died Sunday at her California home. The flags are to remain at half-staff until sunset of the day of her funeral service, which is Friday. Governor Bentley’s order came at the request of President Barack Obama. The former first lady and wife of President Ronald Reagan was 94. She died of congestive heart failure.
