An Indiana man is charged with identity theft in Cherokee County. Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver says that Chester Holley the 3rd of Wabash, Indiana is charged with the crime after allegedly changing a bank account number over the internet in order to illegally receive direct deposits that were intended for a Centre couple.
