Arrest In Juvenile Shooting Incident

A Sylvania man turns himself in to DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office and is charged with two counts of menacing and one count each of Discharging a Weapon Into an Occupied Vehicle and Second Degree Assault. According to DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris, 64-year-old Ronnie Neeley is charged with shooting a 16-year-old man in the hip in Sylvania. The teenager was transported to Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, where he was treated and released. The teenager was with a group of teens that were attempting to roll a neighbor’s yard with toilet paper.
