RED Day at Keller Williams Realty

Real Estate associates with Keller Williams Realty choose to "Give Where They Live" as part of RED Day, Keller Williams’ annual day of service. Leadership Council Community Outreach Coordinator Chad Barnett says more than 60 agents dedicated to renewing, energizing, and donating to their local communities have volunteered hours of community service to community members in need. Barnett adds they decided to partner with Habitat for Humanity three or four months ago. The team worked today at Habitat Lane to meet with owners and they agreed on what needed to get done. Each year on the second Thursday of May, associates celebrate Mo Anderson's – one of Keller Williams’ leaders - birthday by spending the day away from their businesses serving worthy organizations and causes. Habitat Lane homeowner Phyllis Davis says she appreciates the opportunity. Since the first RED Day in 2009, Keller Williams associates have given hundreds of thousands of hours of community service through activities ranging from food and blood drives to rebuilding homes and schools.
