A new study finds obesity among women has risen, while obesity among men has stayed the same. The study in the Journal of the American Medical Association looked at data on more than 26-hundred men and 28-hundred women from 2005 and 2014. Among the findings — Obesity increased by five-percent for women over a decade. Another study also published in the journal today looked at trends among youth. It found a slight increase among youth ages 12 to 19 over the past 25 years. Two other youth age groups either went down or leveled off.
