Saturday, June 11, 2016

An Etowah County court denies a bond reduction in the case of a teenager accused in an April shooting. District Judge Joe Nabors denied the request by 17-year old Johntayveious Fleming after a hearing that was held yesterday in Gadsden. Fleming is charged with robbery in connection to an incident that occurred in February; and he faces two counts of attempted murder after being identified by witnesses in a shooting that took place in April at the Grub Mart on West Meighan Blvd in Gadsden. Fleming's bond will remain at a combined $300,500.
